Yesterday I realized something...

Yesterday I realized that I've only made it half way to my goal. I became complacent. I knew I looked better than I did at 215 lbs., but was that "good enough"? Of course it isn't. I still don't look the way I want to. I still feel frumpy in my clothes.
So today I've started anew.
I WILL drink my 8 glasses of water each day.
I WILL eat mostly fruits and vegetables each day.
I WILL exercises outside of work and not consider just my work as exercise.
I WILL start riding my bike again. I do miss it since we've moved.
I WILL buy myself a tennis racquet and play tennis again. You can't work for the Boston Lobsters and not play tennis hahaha.
I WILL lose 1-2 lbs. each week until I reach my goal
Next week I start my second job and having a plan of attack before going into a very busy time will be very helpful to me. I will see you all in August about 8 lbs. lighter and a whole lot healthier
