Alright, I have a workout partner now my husband has joined me on going to the gym. So far we have gone twice this week Thursday and today. I spent 20min on the treadmill walking really fast, 20 min on the elliptical machine, 30 min in the pool doing cardio plus did strength training upper body. My husband is easing into it by starting in the pool. So it's pretty nice having someone to encourage you as you feel like you can't push further while on the elliptical machine. I hope he continues going with me I am looking forward to more time together with him and we are doing something for our health. I plan on going as much as I can 5 days a week & need to get these pounds off of me I have gained since I had my surgery in April. I'm not going to adjust my weight loss ticker because I feel that is going backwards and look at it as a goal for me to get back to were I was pre surgery. I am back to 239lbs and that is enough to scare me and don't want anymore to creep back on. I am back on my diet of 1200-1500 calories a day and have to stick to it so I can loose some weight. I know I will be gaining muscle and I'm okay with that just need that horrible 239lbs number to go DOWN!!!! I haven't fallen completely off the wagon just know I have to pick myself up and move forward one foot in front of the other! Going for my ultimate goal of weighing 150lbs. What I have learned you can't eat ice cream or cheese burgers, diet soda every couple of days and loose weight!
