Good Morning!

Not much time for goofin' off this morning. Did my 60 sit-ups and I have a bunch of work to get cleared off of my list before heading over to the pool for a work-out...hopefully it just rains and the big bad storms pass us by.

Usually when Cindy travels, we pre-pack all of my meals into tupperware so I can just connect the dots steady while she is gone...but that kind of automated routine really is a comfort zone for me. So in that spirit we got my food prepped up yesterday for this coming week's lunch & dinner meals.

Pre-Breakfast, Breakfast & Snacks are always the same for me....Balance Bars usually half, yogurt/all bran & coffee, and Muscle Milk Light Protein Powder with water...this week for lunch I'm doing home-made Chicken Salad, fat free mayo...just eat it cold with a fork out of the mini tupperware and a big glass of water. Dinner is Cindy's super good and really healthy meatloaf, salad and frozen mixed veggies and a big glass of crystal light. High Protein, low carb...but between the snacks and meals, my metabolism is getting fed steady healthy fuel...Let the burn begin!

Switched gears yesterday...we are going to get a puffer fish like I mentioned but I also wanted to get a lionfish...and the best move is to introduce the lionfish first and let him settle in and get adjusted...so here are few shots of our new pet, he is a 'Russell's Lionfish'...he is so beautiful and graceful...but built for business no doubt, he eats live feeder fish and is classified as a predator...but I just think he is so cool, Cindy is still on the fence a bit...

Have a great Monday, Stay Safe Out There! Ryan

I must have missed the Cindy is taking off again....glad to hear you got all your meals ready to go...makes the process a little easier....Love the Lion fish but loved the smile on the one you were shared yesterday.

Sounds like you are off to a great start for the week. Way to work it! Burn baby burn!

That is a very cool looking fish although I think I'm with Cindy and would be on the fence too. I'm not a big predator kinda gal even when it's little feeder fish getting chomped on. I just feel so bad for the little fishies, but I'm a girl like that.

    Hi Ryan,

I liked hearing about your food prep. I've been thinking about ways I can help myself eat healthier snacks. I think pre-planning is the answer.

Like your new fish. He won't eat the puffer fish when you get it, will he?

I "pre-package" my meals on Sunday for the coming week. It helps me avoid those fine frozen nukables at the store that are so bad for you in so many ways.

Hey buddy, I hope you had a great weekend. Fish looks great. Nice tank too. Now that we have our house I plan on getting a nice size tank as well.

    Take care and stay healthy

Beautiful fish. I know I would not have to patience to take care of a salt water tank, maybe not a regular tank, so I don't have one but I sure like to look.
