Day 4 and already lost 4 pounds!

Okay its day 4 and i have already lost 4 pounds. I have weight myself every day since i started but i will post every week on friday when i way in,

I am so happy, i am going to be adding a pic of me on Monday, in the Gym when i first started. And will probably keep posting pics in my blog every weigh in.

Today i picked up a small Mcdonalds Strawberry and Banana Smoothie for Breakfast, DELICIOUS!!

I think i am now addicted to smoothies! lol
