Terrible Weekend.

Monday, July 19, 2010

I had 2 birthdays this weekend, and a date with my hubby. Let's just say I probably consumed enough calories to satisfy me for a month. However, I'm not letting that keep me back. I was bummed because I haven't been able to drop below 169. I'm going to get there though, and nothing will stop me. Not a 3 day slip up, and not my stupid scale.

Anyways, ladies! tips & tricks? This platue needs to GO!

Geez, I wish I had the best answer for you, but the only thing I can think of is to take it a meal at a time, the weekend has come and gone and now it's the present, concentrate at the task at hand and keep moving, remember, you're making a change that's going to see you way past a certain number. Keep going!!

I'm stuck too - just wanted to say you're not alone and that we have to start each day fresh. If we keep working on being on track, then we will get on track and if we get on track, we will lose weight.

You might try a new exercise...sometimes your body gets into a rut and then it's not working as hard. Mix it up and see if that helps...also, are you eating enough calories? When I began working with my trainer, I failed to change my caloric needs for the extra activity I've been doing. Double check your settings and see if the fitness level you've put in is still what you're at.

Have you been tracking your food and exercise. I know for me when I'm at a plato its usually because I didn't track.
