I had 2 birthdays this weekend, and a date with my hubby. Let's just say I probably consumed enough calories to satisfy me for a month. However, I'm not letting that keep me back. I was bummed because I haven't been able to drop below 169. I'm going to get there though, and nothing will stop me. Not a 3 day slip up, and not my stupid scale.
Anyways, ladies! tips & tricks? This platue needs to GO!
