A Long weekend and a new Week ahead.

I had a wonderful weekend. I took Monday off work, we went down to Miami on Friday night and then to the keys on saturday morning. We had such a great time; we were camping with friends and family and just having fun.
Food wise it was a bit difficult as all we had was fried, barbecue, oiled and more fattening food. What i did was i had breakfast smoothie before i got there, snacked on very little (i actually counted how many things i had etc) I kept track by my phone of what i had been eating. I was below my calories. I was able to walk as it was a camping ground, so i was able to get Cardio every day.

Today, i went with my honey to work. He works as a photographer for dealers and takes pictures for places like autotrader. We walked under 96F! We worked from 9-2 just about walking so i had alot of cardio. When i got home i did my daily Leslie 2 mile walk DVD and then we went to the pool for some swiming.

I am so proud of myself. I has alot of physical activity. I am going to be weighing in only on Friday's that way i see the weekly progress. I will try to post pictures by mid week. :)

PS: today i made my first homemade healthy meal!! i even posted the recipe cause it was soo good!!
