So, from my weightloss [or lack there of lately!] I am going to change a few things up. I am going to incorporate workout dvds along with the gym once again. Why? It'll be easier on myself, & kayleigh and it will be easier to switch up my routine. So here's my plan :
Three days a week will be the Gym, in which two of those days I will work on toning my arms with strength training as well as cardio.
Two days a week I will do a workout dvd at home.
- Leslie Sansones walk away the pounds, Yoga, ect. I have a lot of these laying around.
As well as I am looking into actually going to cosmetology school. It is a very saturated field, but I just can't grasp going to school for something else that I'll hate. Although I have given business management a lot of though.
I'm changing myself, for the better.
Getting Healthier, being happier. Going back to school, and hopefully making huge HUGE changes in 2010.
