I've decided to not do the nutritional tracking on the weekends, and see how that goes...
I'm still exercising and working on good decisions with my foods, and I still weighed
in, in the am's. But I'm trying to make this healthy lifestyle, truly a LIFESTYLE and not an obsession. I want to eat
with my hubby
and not have to write it all down and hurry to the computer and figure out how much it was. I did this last weekend, and so far this weekend and still did good on the scale and so, I've made up my mind.
I'm still tracking diligently during the week, keeping myself between 1250-1600 cals, and doing good.
I feel like I've achieved a good step! Hooray!
