So last night after I worked out on the treadmill for 35 minutes, I decided to jump on the elliptical for 10 minutes.

I chose the program called "Ride in the Park." Well, this morning, my muscles are screaming out--FALSE ADVERTISING!!!! I promise you, that 10 minute "Ride in the Park" was NOT a ride in the park!

It was a really good workout though, so I think I'll be adding that to my line up. But word of warning to all....the Evil Elliptical people lie when they say it will be a Ride in the Park!

I'm impressed you can do an elliptical!! In my little neck of the woods, there are hills everywhere, so your park must be based on my part of the world! I've now found a path on the North/South highway that I like. It goes out of town about a mile, and a gentle upward slope on the way out, and a wonderful downhill slope when I'm tired, on the way back!

they didn't specify WHICH park. if you read the fine print it probably said "H*ll Park" or "U.S. Marines Park"...gotta read that fine print!

    ...good going though! emoticon
