Well I am getting ready for bed and I haven't had any junk tonight. I even stayed in my calorie range for today. I was on the high side but was still in range.... I am excited I know that the longer I can controll it the easier it will get. However the weekend is almost here and It will be my biggest challenge. If I can go through the weekend and stay in my range the whole time I will have accomplished something. And another thing we ate out for dinner and I still managed to stay in the range I have chosen.. I know I can do this I can control what I put in my mouth. My favoriet cookies are in the kitchen but I will not have one tonight. I am goint to take one as one of my snacks tommorrow.. I get off at lunch and I am excited and nervous to see how this weekend goes. I am taking Alyson shopping for school cloths...............Which means we will prob eat out again. but I love a salad especially if it has some chicken on it.....

Well unfortunatly Friday came and trough me completely off track. My stepdaughter stayed the weekend with me and
We were glad to have her. But we over did it with the sweets so now I have to get some extra exercise in to help burn off those extra calories. It was worth it I hadn't spent anytime with her since me and her dad split and I miss her. I raised her for ten years. And not seeing her very much is one of the hardest things about the devorce. She did say she would be back though. Looking forward to another visit with her.....
