30 for 30

For those who don't know, I'm a huge sports fan and ESPN does a documentary series called 30 for 30. Anyway....exactly 5 months from today I will be turning 30. So I have set the goal for myself to lose 30 pounds by my 30th birthday (therefore 30 for 30)
I would love to lose more than that, but I figure 6 pounds a month is an attainable goal.
I'm bigger now than I was when I was 9 months pregnant and that's just not sitting well with me. I have got to do something. No more eatting just to eat, eatting because I'm bored, upset, STRESSED! The last I think will be the hardest. I'm a big stress eatter, and when I'm stressing at work the first thing I go for is a PEPSI. Which is probably my biggest weakeness and will be the hardest to give up.
But I can do this.
30 for 30!
