Well another weekend has come and gone. And I didn't do so very good over the weekend. I am back on track today though and going strong. I did two miles this moring and my calorie goal is on track right now. I have decided not to weigh in until Friday that way if I did any damage over the weekend I will not see it. I just had a turkey and cheese sandwich for lunch and I have another snack for this afternoon....
