Today is another day

Well today is another day and I am doing pretty good so far. I went over on my calories by about 100 yesterday which wasn't too bad. I am going to do better today. I know I can I have done it before. I am a strong woman I can do this. I look forward to the day when I can post my success stories. I have read some really amazing stories on spark and I want to be able to share mine one day.

    Well I am back today. I feel good about the program i am logging everyday everything I eat and drink and my exercise. I am exercising five days a week. And I added some strength training yesterday. I am going to try and do that at least twice a week.. I would like to exercise in the morning and in the afternoon like I did yesterday but that will not always happen but as long as I exercise at least once a day for thirty minutes I will feel good about it. I tried subways breakfast muffins this morning they are very good. I had black forrest ham with egg white omelete and cheese on a light wheat muffin it was only 160 calories and 4 grams of fat for the whole thing. Just saying you could have two and eat the same calories as a Mcd'd biscuit...
