exercise

I didn't exercise yesterday but I got back on track today. I try to exercise at least five days a week. So far I only have four days in this week so I am going to have to make it up this weekend. I am alternating watp and the wii fit. But I need some new materials. I want ZUMBA dvd's so bad. I really enjoyed the zumba class I took I just can't afford to go more than once aweek right now and even then babysitters are hard to come by. I am going to buy the Zumba just as soon as I have the money. I am still working on my eating but I have been staying under 2000 cal a day. I just am not losing any weight yet. My pants are bigger though. So something is happening. I feel better anyways. Just really ready to look better. If i could just get my cal below 1600 a day I think I would really start to see some weight lose. I am ready I have been listening to advice given to me by people on spark and I try to remind myself everyday that I am worth it and I can do it. I will not sabatoge myself. I am constantly messing up though so I have got to do better......

    Hey Girl! You are doing great. I know that you can do it! I didn't do a WATP on Friday but I am planning on getting one in after work today. I can't wait until it gets cool and we can go for a hike on the trail!! emoticon emoticon
