I've made a goal and I'm going to stick with it!

So this past weekend I told myself that after I drop off Gavin to school, that I was going to start working out again. And today, I did!! I did 25 minutes of the Jillian Last Chance Workout and it kicked my butt!! I even had to stop a few times to catch my breath. It was tough, but I did the whole thing and intend on doing more this week. My goal is to workout 3-4 times a week. I miss feeling good about myself. I've gained weight even after I was so happy that I got into the 260's. Well, I'm literally a cupcake away from being in the 270's and that's absolutely unacceptable. So now that I have a little more time on my hands, I'm going to focus on working out and eating better!
