I've made a goal and I'm going to stick with it!

Monday, August 23, 2010

So this past weekend I told myself that after I drop off Gavin to school, that I was going to start working out again. And today, I did!! I did 25 minutes of the Jillian Last Chance Workout and it kicked my butt!! I even had to stop a few times to catch my breath. It was tough, but I did the whole thing and intend on doing more this week. My goal is to workout 3-4 times a week. I miss feeling good about myself. I've gained weight even after I was so happy that I got into the 260's. Well, I'm literally a cupcake away from being in the 270's and that's absolutely unacceptable. So now that I have a little more time on my hands, I'm going to focus on working out and eating better!

YOU GO GIRL!! Love the I can attitude! I put a workout 3 days on the calendar before I get Lexi up for school, then get dressed up and get her up and ready. makes me feel so ready to start my day and like I can accomplish anything. I even dressed up to go mow my yard! You will get to where you want to be!

emoticon You have a cheerleader (LOL) cheering you on.

Without sheer determination we all fail. No excuses, period is the only way to go. It is true nothing tastes as good as being healty feels. Being healthy FEELS so much better. We want so bad to be smaller/healthier or do we. How bad do we want it. The goals that we have are not unacheivable. NO EXCUSES, PERIOD. emoticon

This is as much or more so of a pep talk for me as it is to you.
Keep up the good work and seek me out if you need a friend
