Ok for four days now I have stayed in range and exercised everyday. Today is looking good also . I did a three mile walk this morning and felt very good. I am good on calories for the day. I have finally gotten the afternoon eating in control. I haven't been eating anything but dinner. I know if I can keep it up for a couple of weeks that it will become a habit instead of a struggle. I have had some tempting moments but I have worked my way through them. I am doing good and feeling good and look forward to posting a weight loss soon.
