Motivation

I have been going to the gym 4-5 days a week working really hard each time. I'm feeling better but I'm struggling keeping a good balance at home. I somehow always feel guilty if I don't go to the gym on those 2 or 3 days a week. The few days at home on a work out video such as Turbo Jam 20-40min dvd then follow with floor excises. I suck at multi tasking but I do manage to do the laundry while the turbo jam dvd is on. I am spending less time at my computer and keeping busy around the house.

At some point I would love to just come home from work and become a couch potato and relax. I have almost forgot what that is like because I'm always like...go....go...go...go then I crash at night and it's midnight. I know that getting 7-8hrs of sleep in important I struggle with that all of the time. I have always been a afternoon/evening person I am at my best. As I am typing this it's 1am here! LOL!
