so... this week on Thursday I had gained my usual 1.2 lbs, lost it and some on Friday, but that was not weigh in day... I have been yoyoing for the last 3 months, up a little down a little and I decided to take the bull by the horns and spend some cash.
A lot of cash and I have 12 hours of personal training through the gym I go to....
The gentleman was very patient and attentive last night while I was debating whether or not to spend the money... good god they charge a fortune... by I have no will power on my own and I need to be accountable... Spark people worked wonderfully well for the first 15 pounds, but this last 10 well I need to be whipped into shape...
Today I learned how to squat properly and tomorrow and Monday i GET TO DO 200!! Whether or not I will walk on Sunday and Tuesday is another thing...
I also am learning or relearning push ups and I get to do 100 of those on Saturday and Monday.... for warm up prior, 25 jumping jacks and 25 star jacks....
Then there was the entire diet revolution... yikes.... NO Flour for the next 3 days, no bread, pasta, cereal, muffins etc... only 2-3 fruits and all the rest protein and vegetables.... 6 times a day...
Since I am paying for the training sessions I thought I would share what I am told with the team and then everyone who wants to can JOIN IN .... lol......
So today I have eaten what I am supposed to a little light on the vegies, but I just finished shopping, so no more excuses....
Fruit before you exercise is the best, and a glass of milk after for protein for those poor muscles..
only fruit in the am =2 and 1 with a workout and all the rest of the time fill up on vegies......
And it is the long weekend and NO more ALCOHOL... so I have cut wine and coolers out of the equation... IF I DO NOT LOSE WEIGHT THIS WEEK I MIGHT JUST CRY......

    LOL...YOU HAVE GOT TO LOVE TRAINERS...THEY PUSH U AND THEY TELL YOU HOW TO DO BETTER...I WILL BE LOOKING FORWARD TO YOUR GOOD TIPS FROM THE TRAINER. I WILL MAKE IT TO THE GYM NEXT WEEK AND START MY TRAINING SESSIONS HOPEFULLY IN THE NEXT WEEK OR SO...LET'S DO IT!! emoticon
