Wow, never thought I'd have 1,250 fitness minutes equals 20.83hrs of working out. Basically sweating my Ass off! I have realized logging the minutes in every time of working out holds me more accountable for my efforts. Still I have to pep myself up to drive to the gym 4-5 days a week. One of my friends at work said she is seeing a difference in my muscle tone and how my clothes are fitting better. Everyone needs a pick me up to keep going towards their goals. When I can't get to the gym because of work I will pop in one of the "Tae Bo" dvd's from Billy Blanks. One minute closer to my goals!
You've been working hard, and now you've received validation for your efforts, which is fantastic! How nice of your coworker to pay you a compliment. Make a note of that somewhere that you can see it when you are less than motivated to work out- it may be just what you need to get moving again 3889 days ago
