operation cut the sugar

So, here we are at the beginning of another BLC round! I'm ready to get back to it and have missed teh challenges and fun that goes along with it. Now onto describing my goals for this round!
Nutrition~Well I was thinking of making this just about tracking but the more I think about it the more I realize that I REALLY need to cut down/ cut out the sugar. I'm totally addicted. It doesn't help that my dad used to take us to DQ several nights a week growing up. lol BUT I do know that I can cut it and need to. So I think my goal for nutrition will be to cut down to having a sweet treat 3x a week. Right now it's pretty much every day so I think this would be a good goal for me.
Fitness~My fitness goal is to keep getting regular exercie for at least 20min a day days a week Basically the BLC 12 week streak. I seem to do well for a while then pitter out after a while. I really want to keep at it. Even if it's just something like using my wii fit plus exercises. I know I feel so much better when I'm getting exercise in!
Personal goal~This is one I've always struggled with but trying to do better. I have made a chore chart of sorts and have the cleaning that needs done on there with set days to make sure that they all get done each week. Earlier in the summer I was doing well but then I started homeschooling my oldest and have had a hard time getting back into it regularly. I need to revamp it a bit to update and hange things and tehn keep on it. things are much less chaotic when my home is in order and if that means getting up earlier to get it done I just may have to do that.
So, how my BLC spies can help me by keeping me motivated to exercise, track and cut back on my sugar intake. I've also talked to Darlene about banding together to kick our sugar habits! It feels good to know that I have someone here with me on this already!
