Starting out slow.......

I hate to say that I'm "starting" out slow because really I've already started my 'journey' many, many times, but considering that I seem to have fallen back off the wagon a new start seems to be what I need!!! This time, I've decided to start out REALLY slow. So, my new start out goals are:
1. Get in the recommended daily amount of water!
I always seem to do better with EVERYTHING when I'm concentrating on my water intake. Perhaps it's because I drink other, less healthy, things more often when I'm not drinking water (for example....Mochas and Rockstars which I have been HOOKED on lately!). For NOW, I'm not saying that I can't have the other things, my goal is just to make sure that I'm drinking all of my water!
2. Get more SLEEP!!
This is something that I've told myself I need to do for quite some time now but, with a toddler (who is almost THREE!!!!) and a 7 month old, has proven to be very difficult. I tend to put them to bed and then stay up late doing things that I 'want' to do, or 'feel' I 'need' to do. Then, in the morning, I feel exhausted and run down which makes it VERY hard to feel any motivation to workout! I want to be able to wake up feeling refreshed, like I can take on the day AND even workout (preferably WITHOUT any caffeine!)!
So, there you have it....or there "I" have it ;) My goals....I know I can do it!
I CAN, I CAN, I CAN!!!!
