Im still making it. Not so easy, but with all your wonderful support I can do no less. Completed the Nutrition Tracker early in the day and then DH came in and changed dinner menu. aaargh Not a problem. I adjusted and still stayed within range. I even got 1/2 cup of ice cream for desert. woohoo

Exercise continues to be my biggest challenge. This old body is just too accustomed to sitting on its duff. lol I did the 10 minutes though and felt pretty good about 'forcing' it. I'm usually a pretty good procrastinator. Not now...that is not part of the plan.

Again thanks to all of you giving me support and goodies. I'm so glad you're on this journey with me.

    Oh, how I can relate to your blog as I really have to push myself to excercise daily. I do feel better after moving and I keep that in mind when the next day's exercise time comes around. I wish I could walk better as think that would be an enjoyable exercise--do you take walks often?
