I am starting today telling myself I can do this. I know what I want and I know how to get there I am my best motivation I have to know why I want to lose weight. I want to lose weight so that I feel better, I want to lose weight so I am happier. I want to be able to wear smaller sizes and not feel uncomfortable when I am wearing a shirt that may be a little to tight. There are lots of reasons why I won't to lose weight and no reason why I can't. I am going to start exercising five days a week instead of four. I really enjoy Leslie Sansone walk away the pounds she really keeps me motivated. I also enjoy being on the Teddy Bears team there support is really going to help me stay motivated through this challenge because I don't want to let anyone down including myself. 222 her I come and that is just the beginning.
