I guess if I keep going I can get in shape as well. I liked my run tonight. It was week 9 run 2 from my run schedule. You can see it on my first blog. My pace is kind of slow. 47 min for 6 km. It's getting better. I'm going try to find a 10 km to run in about a month.

    That was the hardest part for me at first when I would go to the park and run/walk around the lake. I live in a college town so there's all the really fit girls and guys running around like it's nothing and here I am about to keel over from the first half mile! I, like you, try to keep thinking that will be me one day too!

    I've noticed that about yoga practitioners. I keep thinking that if I just keep doing yoga I'll get there too. :D
