I've noticed that 95% of the runners are in good shape.

I guess if I keep going I can get in shape as well. I liked my run tonight. It was week 9 run 2 from my run schedule. You can see it on my first blog. My pace is kind of slow. 47 min for 6 km. It's getting better. I'm going try to find a 10 km to run in about a month.
