Plugging Away & Connecting the Dots...

Thursday, October 21, 2010

Good Morning!

Checking in after a pretty chunky break from writing everyday. I miss being able to empty out here and share my thoughts each morning. But settling into this new routine of working two jobs has been a huge adjustment and probably one of the most stressful times that I can remember as an adult. My weight has stayed the same, so that says alot about my metabolism doing it's just even though I have nott been doing mine at the level I'd like.

The goal was to get some financial wiggle...so a big check on that front. Pretty much starting to feel less broke as a small business owner and my hope is that by working hard each day and getting more and more efficient...I can again assemble a solid routine for all of the wonderful exercise and training I had been doing. I'm getting it done, but it feels more erratic than I'd like. I'm still working with my trainer Annette and that has been a real gift.

Long & short, I track my nutrition and exercise every single day and I'm taking lots of deep breathes....plugging away & connecting the dots.

Have a Smooth Thursday! Ryan

Good to hear from you about the everyday stuff. Maintaining is better then gaining, so way to go there! And great job getting some financial wiggle too.

    Take care and stay healthy

Glad to see an update from you. I figured you were very busy with the two full-time jobs. I have trouble enough being on here with one! Here's hoping that you can hold steady while you get things sorted out and keep with the program to position yourself for further accomplishments. emoticon

Glad to read things are smoothing out some & that you're able to get back into a regular routine, different though it may be. I had been wondering how life was treating you & how your plan was working out.. Glad to see you're still in this.

I thought I had you on my friends list, but realize I didn't so added you today. Keep doing what you're doing & there will come a day when you will reach your goals Ryan!
