I have a tremendous amount of satisfaction this evening because I made it through a period of time this afternoon where I wanted to eat the house when I got home from work. That is my huge downfall but I am going to work through it. I guzzled some water and had one of my good treats before coming home. It worked.

When I got home I immediately put on my workout stuff and hit the treadmill...yes you read that right...for a good run. You see, the wind is like oh at least 150 mph outside and I didn't really relish the idea of battling that. So, I ultimately ran 3.5 miles at 3 different speeds making a pretty cool pattern with the dots on the display. Hey, it was cheap entertainment. I then hit core and lower body crapola. Felt great afterwards!

Tomorrow brings the arrival of Turbo Jam to my front door by the man in brown! Its going to be pretty funny as I am not very coordinated with stuff like that but I have so many Spark buds that are using the Beachbody programs and this one was a good start. Stay tuned for that as it should offer some fun blog reading. Ya, thats right, I will be your cheap entertainment.

I am also heading in the wrong direction on the scale but I will not let that deter me. I know that it is water retention from the increased workout intensity and I will trust the process and be patient for my body to catch up. Its all good cuz I am feeling great emotionally again!
