Shreding with Jillian, Walking with Leslie

What is it about starting some new exercise routine that makes me come down with a cold? does this happen to anyone else? Seems it happens to me every time I start something new and I'm excited about it and it seems to be working, boom, I'm sick!
So's anyway last night I knew definitely that I was getting a sore throat, bummer. I was really getting into the Jillian Michael's 30 Day Slim Down routine and was going to be doing a level 1 & 2 workout today. So I really didn't feel like doing a shred but I didn't want to skip working out entirely so I pull out the Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds and do a short one of those. Okay, my exercise streak is intact and I don't feel like I have made excuses to wimp out of exercise. I will probably do one more short walk before I settle down for the evening. It gets my heart rate up some, warms me up, increases my step count and activity for the day.
It's nice, but I am looking forward to getting better and getting back to some more intense exercise, it was really beginning to work.
