Eleven years ago 19 yrs old. Fit into a size 6,7 was running several times a week. Still had some fat around belly to lose. Fast forward - dec 2001 and june 2002 2 miscarriages weighed about 150. 2003 preggie again and had baby in oct weighed about 165. started gToing to gym and lost down to 145. 2006 had baby # 2 weighed 185 after and lost down to 165. Now I see the pattern. New job and gained all of that back. Was 185 when got pregnant with #3. Had him in June of 2009 and weighed 220. Some of that was water weight. Quickly lost first 20. Next 10 were harder but kept that off. The 180's even harder. Sept. 2010 started working and dropped 6 lbs. Then hit a wall in Oct. I feel like I climbed that wall and beat it. I now am down to 177. I'm excited. I can see that 165 coming up and am really upbeat. My new goal- I want washboard abs.
