Eating enough calories

Tuesday, November 16, 2010

I am having a hard time eating enough calories that I need to lose weight. I did lose another 2 pounds but I cannot seem to meet my calorie intake that I need to lose the weight. Anyone have any ideas of how I can do that.

I wish I could help you, but I never have a problem with that emoticon

There are many healthy foods that are a little higher in calories (like healthy oils) that are something you can add in. Peanut butter (if you like it and aren't allergic) is a healthy protein but high in calories compared to many other good-for-you foods. Juices can be a good choice if they aren't loaded with sugar.
    Good luck

Using the Spark Food Tracker is a blessing to me. I track each meal and see how much more I need to eat. My main calories come at breakfast and lunch . Eat healthy snacks inbetween if necessary like yogurt, fruit. Good luck to you!!!

Structure is important to hit goals. Plan your course of attack and follow the plan. For me, exercise overcomes calorie mistakes either way. Good luck.
