New idea?

So, this week starting tomorrow as I've already eaten my breakfast today I am going to take pictures of my breakfast, lunch, dinner & snacks. I think this will hold me more accountable for my choices. I did well this week, as tom is visiting! My goal was to go from 183 - 181 and I am 179! So that is awesome.

Has anyone ever done this before? I've seen it done for team challenges, but it just sounded like a great idea! Hopefully next week I can be at 178! Maybe lower!

    I really want to still do this, but I keep forgetting. Hopefully, once things quiet down I'll be able to get it done!

    I use to do food blogs all the time! Might start that up again, not sure. It works well for a good long time but once it becomes a chore, stop and just refocus on something else..you don't want it to become a chore and resent it.

    I've done food blogs in the past for challenges, and found them to be really helpful in keeping to my limits. I've always meant to do them a little more frequently, and I love reading/seeing other peoples, you often get really good ideas. Sounds like a great plan!
