Bad day

Wednesday, December 01, 2010

I had a very bad day yesterday. It seemed like I ate everything and anything that wasn't nailed down and didn't seem to care. Don't know what my problem was. There was no apparent reason just a bad day so I'm asking for support from my Spark friends to help me get back on track. I feel pretty good today but am scared and have been doing so well I just don't want to fall off the wagon. Thanks my friends love you all.

We all have a bad day every now and then. Just take it as that. You can do it. I have faith in you. I will be glad to support you in any way I can.

A not so good day is just that. When you are human (and we all are) we have some days that just take over our minds for no apparent reason. Let yesterday be gone and today start anew.
Each day is a new beginning for each of us. I start each day committed to a healthy one and sometimes it just isn't meant to be.....so after a good nights sleep I once again commit to a healthy day...........ONE DAY AT A TIME.... emoticon

It's OK! We all have bad days occasionally, some for no apparent reason. Just don't let one bad day turn into two or three days, a week, a month, until you are completely derailed. That's what happened to me last year after I had lost 30 pounds. I lost my momentum and motivation went with it. I let my guard down, and before I knew it I gained back what I had lost plus a little more, but I'm back now, and I'm not going to let that happen again. You're doing great. Just get right back on track and keep on chuggin'. emoticon

We all have those - I have had almost a week of them. Together, we can get back on track. Hugs for a better day today!

There is nothing that can be done about yesterday but thank God we have today. I will be praying for you and ask that you pray for me too.

It's a new day and you get to start over. That's the great news, everyone goes off the wagon sometimes and this time of the year it is even more challenging-it's cold, too many treats around, etc., etc. Just remember that you don't want to start the new year with 10 more pounds, and commit to having a great day today. You can do it. Yes we can!

One bad day isn't the end of the world. Don't be too hard on your self. Take it as a lesson and learn from it. Like they say in our area "Jump back on that horse (your sparks plan) and ride it like you own it. You are in charge." Today's a new day. emoticon

We all have those days. Hopefully they will be less as time goes by. Sometimes we can amaze ourselves by not caving in to the cravings and temptations, other times, there's just no getting around them. It's a new day. Be confident that you can do it. Together we can.

Sweetie, there are times, our bodies cry out and we haven't the slightest idea what it wants.

It gets hard to maintain weight let alone lose weight

I am not going to tell you the same ole' things that you already know, like take one day at a time or how to do anything, the only advice I have is start today like it is the first day on Sparks and go from there emoticon
