Long time, no type! emoticon

I'm baaack! I decided at the end of NOVEMBER that I was going to get a head start on the "Resolution" thing. My general resolution is to be healthier. It's vague, but I find that if I get TOO specific, then I get bogged down by the details, and it doesn't help at all. Part of my resolution is to log into SP every day and at least track food and water. I meant to do it yesterday, but I forgot thanks to being out of the habit. I"m back now though, and ready to make the effort. I'll have a weigh-in tomorrow to see how bad it's gotten in the last few months. Not looking forward to that number, but I need an accurate starting point. emoticon

The last few months have been a very stressful time with things being switched around and my temporarily helping out a different department for a few months at work. I wouldn't get lunch breaks, or by the time me and the boy both got home, it'd be late and we'd eat something crappy for dinner. Things are back to normal now, though, and I have a more structured schedule, so it's easier for me to follow goals and meals and things, so it'll be easier for me to track.

I struggle with keeping myself accountable, and it's just something I have to BE better about. I need to get the boy on board, and then we can hold each other accountable. Too bad he doesn't like eating anything remotely healthy. LOL.

I can do it, though. I'm back.

(edited to fix the Month. haha. woops)
