Well, I made it to the gym today.
Let's start right off with OWN it...
I set the stationary bike for 30 minutes, but I only pushed through the first 20 minutes before quitting. I've never done this before. Yes, I had a terrible stomach ache, but I still feel like maybe I could have made it. I can't help but wonder if my wanting to leave had as much to do with the unusual number of people there as it did with my upset stomach.
I know the gym is likely to be more crowded in winter, and I am just going to have to accept that and do what I need to do.
Anyway, I got 7.15 miles in that 20 minutes. Then at home, I did a lot of climbing, moving, lifting, and rearranging of boxes after I was feeling better to bring all the Christmas decorations in the house. Later in the evening (when my daughter finally got done playing JumpStart Island) I got 32 minutes on the Wii Fit and 45 on Walk It Out. So I did manage to get some calories burned. Tuesday is going to be very busy, so I better get started early!
