So after some GREAT advice from NancyAnne55 I have decided to take a break from the scale. I want to focus more on my shape and not my weight. I want to look 135lbs, but I don't necessarily have to be that.

Right now I am struggling with my workout regimen. I was once such a cardio freak and I want to incorporate more strengh. For this strength and getting lean how much cardio is too much? Should I do 3 days strength 3 days cardio for 45mins or is it ok to do more cardio? I'm just confused because I want the muscle and do not want to overdo the cardio.

    Its definitely ok to do 20 min before and after strength in fact its perfect. I do that as well. Cardio burns calories which makes you lose weight and the strength training continues to work hours after working out. Crazy right. Girl you r doing great love your fight.

    There are lots of articles about it under the Fitness tab... I know you are doing 30 Day Shred that has to be done every day, but everything I have read suggests the best course of action is to do short, intense cardio sessions on different days than strength. So what I do is 2 days of Bodypump and 3 days of 20-40 minutes interval cardio sessions.
