I have not blogged in a while. So it's time for an update. I am still recovering from a shoulder accident in August. I am making fair progress with my range of motion. Regaining strength is progressing but very slow. I would say that my progress so far is about 30%. I saw my surgeon yesterday for a follow-up. He is pleased to see more progress but says it will be a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks before I can work again, even a desk job. He did say I can now use my Elliptical again. I was walking but was inconsistent.

I have had trouble getting back on track. My eating is off track and water intake is very low. Because of the stress due to not working, it is easier to emotionally eat. I know I can lose the weight again, I just have to commit to it.

Thanks for reading.

    Hey, Phil.

Once things start to get back to normal for you, I'm sure you will be able to get back on track. You were there once before and I know you can do it again. Before you start thinking about eating and working out, though, you need to try to concentrate on just healing. Once you're feeling better, I'm sure everything else will fall into place for you.

Thanks for updating. It was nice to see a blog again from you!
