Tough holiday week

It's been a rough week for me. To much eating and nor enough exercising. I've gained 2.5#'s with doesn't make me happy but I will not give up. My short term goal was to lose 40# but my anniversary date the end of Jan. but that doesn't look like that is going to happen.
1. plan out my menu for each day
2. drink my 8 glasses water daily
3.get 30 min. exercise daily
4. organize my life and house
Thanks for letting me vent, I'm not happy with myself right now but refuse to beat myself up, it's a bump in the road which I will get through. Thank God for Spark people and all the great friends I've met on this site.
