I felt better enough make my Wii fit profile today. I really liked it, I did about 40 minutes and only stopped cause I had to get something done. I made a weekly weight loss goal and I love that you can track your weight.

Yesterday my carbs were around 23 I think. Good enough for me! My sodium is too high right now. Yikes. I need to cut back.

I haven't been eating until noon! I know that's not so good, it's just hard some days. Maybe I will make a big egg dish and freeze it.

I've still not hit an energy slump yet, but I do have a slight headache. emoticon Oh I need to take my vitamins. I keep forgetting!

Looking forward to trying a good recipe tonight!

    I have to eat in the morning. I've eaten breakfast all my life.

    I like my wii too. I just got Walk it Out and am having fun trying to figure it out...keeps track of steps, gives medals etc while building of town of sorts.

    I was having the same issue with sodium until I switched to sea salt. I get the kind with the grinder and I notice that I use a lot less and it tastes better than iodized.

    I understand that eating the first meal late, I work my own business from home and if I work late at night I get up a little later in the morning. Thanks for mentioning the vitamins, I need to go and take mine too....lol
