I have made a list of the reasons why I want to loose weight. Feel better, look better, more energy, enjoy shopping for cloths, better self esteem, look good in a bathing suit, be able to comfortably fit in all the rides at disney in June. I will probably be adding to this list it is helping me to see why I am making this life style change. Goal for today eat 1200 or less and no more.
