Fitness plan for January 9-15, 2011

OK so I didn't do EVERYTHING that I had on my agenda last week, but I actually have what I consider to be legitimate reasons for skipping what I skipped:

Sunday - done
Monday - done
Tuesday - not done at all (ended up being a rest day - was up all night the night before worried about going back to work)
Wednesday - Group run done
Thursday - went to YMCA to swim, got there but opened my bag to change and found EVERYTHING covered with shampoo so I had to go home and clean my bag. Ended up with a 30 minute bike ride and some strength work
Friday - nothing
Saturday - long run - 12 minute pace for 6.3 miles - was a VERY COLD, but good run!

OK, so this week my main goal is to get back into an early morning routine - I had trouble getting out of bed last week...

Sunday - swim and vinyasa yoga
Monday - 5 miles run and weights
Tuesday - Yoga and elliptical
Wednesday - 4-5 mile run in the morning
Thursday - Bike and elliptical
Friday rest or moksha yoga
Saturday - Long run 7 miles!!!

    Nice job on the cross training! I know that it does not come naturally- how crappy about the shampoo, too.

    You did a great job adapting during the week! I am laughing a little at the thought of all that shampoo and picturing you getting the pool anyway in a big cloud of lather!
