I'm already down 6.5 pounds!! That's SO exciting! I know it's from the clense but it's encouraging all the same. I'm starting to feel more clear minded and that's exciting too!

I found some dance video's on Netflix and tried one out. What a challenge! There are 5 10min routines that are supposed to target different areas. I love dance! I think I'm going to just play the first one over and over till I get it down before I move on to the next one. BUT I DID IT! Well, for 20 minutes anyway, but that's way better than I have been doing so YAY FOR ME!

So all in all I think I'm off to a great start! I'm thinking about joining a gym. It's January so they have some really good deals going on right now, and they have classes that look like fun. Just gotta figure out where to pull the $$ From. If it's meant to be, it will work out, but I'm REALLY hopeing!

So I started with 50 pounds to loose and I'm down 6.5 so only 43.5 to go! ROCK ON!

    Way to go! You've started off all gang-busters, that's wonderful!

    The cardio really makes a huge difference. I have to get off my backside and get on that elliptical machine. I just haven't found the motivation to do it!
