2nd ever Total Body Workout... ugh!!!!

Laurie and I went last night to our 2nd session. These 'Total Body Workouts' are VERY similiar to the stuff we see on TV with The Biggest Loser type workouts - however there are no weight machines.

13 stations - 40 seconds per station / 25 seconds rest in between... do that for 45 minutes straight.... oh my gosh....

Lightheaded, sick to the stomach - everything, everywhere on fire...

we can't wait to go back!!!!!

Being a huge Biggest Loser fan... when it got pretty hard for me - all I did was put Jillian in front of me...and that worked... I was somewhat able to do 'more' than I would had I just stopped the exercise.

Getting back into SparkPeople - picking up where I left off - helps me to really, really remember how I lost the 79lbs 2 years ago... it was just through constant and continual devotion to my overall health and my lifestyle...

Thanks again SparkPeople... lets do another 79... :)
