The Start of a New Week

Made a few faux pas this past week in the food area. I will make it up this week. Sat. we went to a restaurant and I ate only half of my meal; took the rest home. Got on the scale today, no progress, so it inspired me to get on the treadmill this morning. BTW - I NEED the inspiration big time. I seem to be the type of person that is reactionary rather than pro-active. That will make a big difference when I am on maintenance. But for now, if this works I will embrace it. At least I am not sitting in the recliner. Terri emoticon

    You may not have lost, but you didn't gain either! Way to go!! It's hard to only eat half the meal, that is great that you were able to control yourself. This new week will be great for you!

    Remember, it's not a race to the weight goal finish line (although we'd all like to get there asap - preferably tomorrow!)

    Some weeks we're going to have nothing to show for our hard work. But as long as we're on plan and exercising, it WILL HAPPEN!

    No gain is really good, after what I did over the holidays. I am also going to get on the treadmill today so will be thinking about everyone working out as well. Have a Great Day.
