Hey Hey Good Morning!
It's been quite some time since I last blogged. No BS, just super busy getting business wrapped up after the holidays and getting busier and busier each day with the 2nd job...which is actually going really great.
Overall, I'm feeling pretty healthy...I gained some weight coming through the end of the year...but I'm right here plugging away and doing my very best each day to follow & track my food plan along with my track my fitness & exercise training. I'm already looking forward to summer and being able to get my workouts in everyday at the pool.
Cindy is doing great, we are both continually looking for creative ways to eat tasty, but healthy foods.
As I'm starting to get back into a groove with the new year, blogging will hopefully become easier again...it's a great outlet for me to empty out early in the morning and be able to share my successes & failures as I continue on this long and winding road towards self-acceptance & health.
