I just happened to catch part of a news story (filler, actually) that said that by this point in the year, up to 40% of people who made New Years Resolutions have abandoned them.
That leaves 60% still hanging strong. Where are you?
If you're in the 40 that gave up, don't worry. New Years Eve is the most traditional time to make resolutions, but you can start, or re-start any time of the year to make the decision to be healthier, and happier.
If you're still on track, keep going, keep going, keep going!
