The articles say that writing goals down helps you keep them, so here goes:
I am going to weigh 225 or less by March 12th.
That gives me six weeks to lose 12.6 pounds and reach what I've been aiming for as a short-term goal (although it's hung around much longer than originally anticipated). I think that this is possible, especially since I am starting the C25K program this week so that should up my workouts a bit.
Here I go - I want to see that ticker MOVE!!!
