Today is the last day of our BL DIVA Challenge, wow 10 weeks, can't believe the time has past by so quickly.
If you have followed my progress, you know that I've started back to Weight Watchers and the fruits and veggies are free now. Well most veggies. That is why I put all the fruit/veggie emoticons at the top!!!!! I love that and it sure helps with me not being hungry. So far I've lost 8.2lbs and I'm pleased with that progress.
This Winter Challenge has been easier for me to meet the goals every day since I've been home and not traveled. I have upped my exercise, more walking dvd's and added Zumba to the Curves circuit.
Now, I would like for my loss to be faster and I'll tell you one reason why. In March I have my 50th High School reunion and I want to look nice. I'm not trying to get to my high school weight but just have a few pounds off. I've seen some of my friends over the years and surprisingly many of the women have kept their weight down. Not me! I have struggled over the years! But I will try and look the best I can! Of course, I will also be searching for just the right outfits that will flatter a little!!!!
I've enjoyed this challenge and will do my best in the Spring one coming up in a couple of weeks. Anybody want to join me??????

Wow, over 8 pounds! While many of us have been struggling to maintain or limit the gain over the holidays and ensuing winter blahs, here you go quietly losing nearly a pound a week. Just goes to show you what consistency will do for you. You're an inspiration!
Sandi you are doing so great! 8.2 lbs is such a fantastic start to the WW program. Angus and I are so proud of you. I am sure that you will be down more than a few more pounds by the time your highschool reunion comes around. Keep eating those healthy fruits and vegetables in addition to Curves and Zumba.
