Better... Faster and Stronger this time...

I have to push myself a little harder and become more dedicated to reach this goal. I started back running and let me tell you.. I feel like I never ran before in my life lol...I have to get my groove back.. It's alright I'd rather keep starting over a million times rather than quitting all together. I decided to give the C25k running plan another go.. I finished week 4 yesterday and whew.. that 20 minute run was tough!!! I run 4 days a week.. because I need to get better, faster and stronger. Thanks to a friend of mine ABSOLUTZERO for his words of wisdom.. he says, " If you have the heart, you can do the distance. At some point it stops being a physical battle and purely a mental one." He's an awesome athlete and my hero when it comes to running.

I have 2 5k's scheduled for March, One 10k scheduled for April. My goal is beat my last 5k race time no actually smash it and be fully prepared for my 10k in April.

Let the training begin...

    You go! You've run 20 minutes, that's getting close to half way to the time you need for your 5k. Now all you have to do is get to 40 minutes and then keep practicing until you can fit 5k into those 40 minutes. Easy to do ---- NOT!!

    But I have faith in you, you will get there. Then on to 10k!!
