Almost forgot...

I had a guy at the gym make a comment to me. While I was doing my squats, I felt like someone was looking at me. While that is not unusual being that I am in an army gym FILLED with nothing but mainly men, so being one of the few women that lifts I get some ackward stares from time to time. However, after I got done performing my set I went to add more weight and the guy said, "more weight!" I just smiled and said, "yeah, it's not quite heavy enough for me." Just playing around, even though I was getting a good workout. I didn't think my squat weight was that impressive. I was only doing 45s on each side. I want to get back to where I was pre-baby. I maxed out at 215 and that was without hardly ever lifting weights. Right now I don't know what I could max out on.

    You inspire me Amy! Excercise is the key and I need to do more of it! Thanks for checking in on me. I had a little bit of a set back but am back on track today.
