My sparkpage was pretty out of date so I made a few changes here today as far as goals and my program. Things have certainly changed for me..wow. I was really in better shape a few years ago as far as exercise...I'm OK now, but not as good. With a few set backs over the last few years (flu, pneumonia, a-fib, working long hours) my calories burned level went down from 2300 calories burned per week to 1500 calories burned per week. My exercise plan went from working out 6-7 times per week to 3-4 times per week (but I walk every day). Yup...I'm getting back into it! But my exercises have changed. Most of my calories burned come from walking. I'm in the process of building back up again.
