Yesterday went very well I stayed in my range for my calories I also did a four mile watp walk. I didn't want to get out of bed this morning I even reset my alarm however as soon as I rolled over I made myself get up and I actually did almost the full five mile watp. The only thing I didn't do was the boost on the fifth mile and that is because Megan started screaming for me to get her out of her crib. I am sore but I am also feeling good. I am already on my fifth cup of water this morning and I ate a subway black foreset ham and egg white wheat muffin for breakfast I absoulutely love them and it only has 160 calories for the whole thing. You can eat two and have the same amount of calories for one of Mcdonalds egg mcmuffins. And they taste so much better to me anyways. I am calling today day 2 and I am going to try my best to stay in range again today. I know the weekend will be here tomorrow and that is always a challenge I am just going to keep my notebook close to me and stay logged into spark to try and make it through this weekend without blowing my calorie ranges. Tuesday is my weigh in day and i really want to see at least 1 pound gone. I know I can do it and I know it is going to be one of the hardest things I have ever done. But I will do it.
